Located in the heart of Youngstown, OH, NEOIDA works to help patients combat infectious diseases. Led by Dr. Anthony Cutrona M.D., FACP, FIDSA, NEOIDA physicians and staff focus on delivering top-notch patient care and consultation. If you are a new patient, or a patient who hasn't been seen within the last 2 years, you will need to submit a referral to see one of our doctors.
If you have been seen by one of our doctors while admitted in a hospital, your appointment is considered a follow-up and does not require a referral. If you are visiting one of our offices as a new patient, you will need a referral to be seen.

During your visit, your doctor will likely ask you several questions such as: When did your symptoms begin? Do your symptoms come and go, or do you have symptoms all the time? How severe are your symptoms? Have you recently come into contact with anyone who's sick? Have you been bitten or scratched by an animal or come into contact with animal feces? Do you have any insect bites? Have you eaten undercooked meat or unwashed vegetables? Have you been out of the country recently? Additionally, your doctor will likely ask about your family history, so coming prepared with a simple list will help you make the most out of your appointment. Include: Detailed descriptions of your symptoms Information about medical problems you've had Information about your parents' or siblings' medical problems All the medications and dietary supplements you take Questions you want to ask the doctor
